There are various forms of helping Fundacion EducArte. We have many ideas that we have been unable to realise due to limited resources. Ideally we would like to continue the programme for as long as it is required in the locality, which according to current projections is likely to be for several decades more. This means that it is a long-term project which requires regular and long-term funding and assistance in order to provide an appropriate service.

This programme entails an adult sponsoring a student, committing to the minimum of one year. It requires a monthly payment of US$35. This pays for the child's entire schooling including books and school material. It also contributes to the salary of the four Guatemalan teachers as well as administration costs. Currently only a small proportion of the students have a sponsor-parent.
